"Be aware of the department you join and the manager and director you work with. This makes all the difference."

"The honesty and integrity of some management is quite lacking. An amount of consistent long-term vision needs to be communicated and followed. Employees should be treated as valuable assets instead of attempting to force churn by management actions."
