"It was a great company to work for except there is no job security in this market. I had worked there for 5 1/2 years and in one day it all changed. My regional director came down to Nevada, took me to lunch and told me that we had lost the account. I say,"So what's that mean for my guys and I?" That means you're out of a job because we have no other locations in NV. Great! Not only do I not have a job anymore, I have to let my guys know that,"Hey, I know none of you have done anything wrong but you do not have a job anymore!" (Heartbreaking) Do you think the company cares, NO! They have more stores worldwide, losing one makes no difference to them."
