"I really enjoyed my job duties and daily tasks. My position not only kept the vendor relations high but also gave me a fulfillment of building long lasting Real Estate relationships and points of contact."

"Wait about 12 months then apply. They have so many kinks to work out that it would not be save to work there at this time."

What don't you like about working at TenantAccess?

"Very poor communications from upper management and a daily sense of lack of appriciation. Constant uncertainty of the future of the company for the last 12 months of being with them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It is important for upper management to have a team player mentality just as it is important for the rest of the staff to think this way. Rather than just saying that you are transparant you should actually be transparant. There must be trust across the company in order to be the best and a top performer."
