"Company has absolutely no focus. Tries desperately to find the new hotness that will finally make the company take off. VP of sales is sleazy, arrogant, and despite once being technical has no applicable technical skills. By his effort along, he ends up over promising and under delivering to customers, and is forced to give support and other recurring revenue away for free. CEO is a nice guy, not a businessman, CFO gives everyone the creeps, workspace is terrible, and company is losing $$."
