"Not sure I understand the question. I've never worked for this company. I'm applying for a job at this company."
"Company has absolutely no focus. Tries desperately to find the new hotness that will finally make the company take off. VP of sales is sleazy, arrogant, and despite once being technical has no applicable technical skills. By his effort along, he ends up over promising and under delivering to customers, and is forced to give support and other recurring revenue away for free. CEO is a nice guy, not a businessman, CFO gives everyone the creeps, workspace is terrible, and company is losing $$."

"Read the companies earning report before you start working for them"
What don't you like about working at TelVue?
"The have not been able to take a vacation or days off since I started. I'm on call 24/7 without anyone to offload to."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would trim out product line to 2-3 products. The company do many things, but there is not enough energy to do any of them well."
