"Telus is a call center, but my project was not typical at all. Most of our support for Google involved their largest clients and was mostly email based. This was a bold experiment for both Telus and Google, and there were things that went well, and things that could have been done better. Overall, both companies continue to be optimistic and are expanding their relationship. It has been a good experience for me. I have never worked on a traditional "call center" job."
"I've worked with Telus since 2013. The company does outsourcing and so has many campaigns you can be a part of. They believe in providing constant employment for their workers so if a campaign closes they work assiduously to get you into another. The benefits and pay could be better and room for growth in other job areas could be worked on."
"It is comfortable environment but can be better if management pay little more attention. The environment is more buddy buddy and should improve more in better corporate standards. People are good and flexable and friendly but it seems most of them are staying for while before to move in different positions."
