"Telus is a call center, but my project was not typical at all. Most of our support for Google involved their largest clients and was mostly email based. This was a bold experiment for both Telus and Google, and there were things that went well, and things that could have been done better. Overall, both companies continue to be optimistic and are expanding their relationship. It has been a good experience for me. I have never worked on a traditional "call center" job."

"I worked in Telus International for 2 years in which I was able to grow and assist my peers and team members to achieve their personal goals focused on the companies own values. I also was able to grow in areas of coaching and teaching large groups in Canada and Philippines as well as in El Salvador. Overall I achieved great success and helped others accomplish new levels of knowledge and skill regarding not only the companies material but also their personal growth."

"I like that the company had some idea of what the employees wanted during their down time."

"No, all interviewing happens through temp agencies and not directly with the company so no."

What don't you like about working at TELUS?

"Their was no growth at all at the company, they didn't promote from within, no leadership programs for employees, no communication with employees"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The communication on changes need to be communicated across the board to all supervisors so the employees can get the right information"
