"I worked for a great company that was Acquired by Tellabs. I was told that they would keep me on after my department was outsourced to Mexico which turned out to be a BIG LIE. They were just blowing smoke up my #$$ to make me stay and finish the outsourcing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Outsourcing by the Private Sector has had a huge negative impact on our economy. I personally lost my job due to outsourcing and had a very hard time getting another one. I know how it feels to deal with the depression and feelings of rejection when you are looking for a job during a lousy economy and a recession. Every day people are losing their jobs to Mexico, China, India, and Malaysia etc. The loss of jobs here has had a negative impact on our consumerism which in turn has affected the World Economy. People without jobs cant buy cars, houses, appliances, or travel. SAVE OUR JOBS IN ORDER TO SAVE YOURS"
