"The management department was great. For the 17 years that I worked their I had great Managers."

"To much politics and favoritism towards one or more people in the department."

"Don't play politics and favoritism in the department because this will cause friction within the group."

"for awhile we were always looking over our shoulders, wondering if today was the day we were going to be laid off. Management was very self serving"

"you need to lay off workers 50% of management could go and would not be missed."
