"There was no advancement and no recognition of achievements or positive feedback. Only negative feedback occurred if an event happened 1 out of 10 times. No thought about the other 9 out of 10 positive or accomplished achievements."

"Step back and realize why you have had a high turnover and work on providing true competitive salaries and a real work/life balance."
