"Dishonest management, bad policies, inconsistent disciplinary action."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stick to the rules, and perhaps notify people when you change their schedule suddenly after months of working the same shift. Also if you are going to reprimand someone for attendance afterwards, don't let the rest of the employees get away with the same thing."

"When I came on board they were splitting with WorldCom. I moved to APAC quickly."

"I was there a very short time. Timing is everything and it was not a good time for them because of WorldCom."

"I don't know what the weather is like over there right now so I would not have any place giving advice about them."

"Maintain stability and fairness with your staff even when going through some rough structural changes."
