"My fellow workers were cooperative and agreeable, easy to work with. Most everyone there with a few exceptions has a keene interest in doing a good job and producing a quality product."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Think twice, no three times before accepting a position with this company. I don't know of many people who like working at this place. If you like an old style (1950's) management culture this is the place for you!"

What don't you like about working at Telephonics?

"In certain areas management has developed a culture of ruling by fear, with the threat of job loss if mistakes are made. This severely stymies creativitiy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Time to seriously think about cleaning house at the senior management level."

What do you like about working at Telephonics?

"Telephonics is a dance in the fire type company. I liked the challenges offered to me, and I had top secret clearance."

What don't you like about working at Telephonics?

"When a government project was over, there was a chance of losing your job.Basically, you need a new project to survive."
