"Except for the name, there isn't a whole lot going for this company. Find a competitor (m:metrics, keysoft, etc) and work there instead."

"Don't get me started."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire them all and get a team in place that cares about its people, cares about quality, and wants to use to best of both worlds (the startup rabbit and the corporate slug)."
