"I loved the challenge of meeting the deadline proposed by the FDA and the IPR team was amazingly dynamic in their approach to this huge challenge."

"Get ready to meet some amazing people who are very inventive with product improvements and manufacturing."

"Some individual could not handle the stress of this challenge and it was hard to see them struggle. I gave as much support as I could to ease their struggles, without allowing my performance to suffer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Ensure that the new team members and existing fulltime company members fully understand the importance of meeting the FDA required deadline. Some fulltime members thought we exaggerated the deadline until it became very close."

"All employees with adequate qualifications and a great attitude will succeed much more often than another candidate with impressive credentials and a chip on her shoulder. Liking your work is the main ingredient of a good attitude. I also love the work environment. I like about working is that it is very challenging!"

"I dont like work to contiunes at slow pace."

"I enjoyed working with my colleagues, vendors, clients and customers. We manufatured neonatal products for premature children around the United State, Canada, Puerto Rico and Japan. In order to be successful you had to enjoy your positions and I enjoyed my position as a bookkeeper and human resource manager."

"Company is solid in Reading, PA. Teleflex Medical bought out Arrow International and they remain strong in the manufacturing and financial markets. Medical supplies and equipment is used daily and this company will remain steady for years to come.When interviewing knowledge is power, stay on track, look professional sharp and crisp and keep eye contact at all times especially when asked questions."

What don't you like about working at Teleflex?

"I would have continued to be empoloyed by the company except they closed the manufacturing plant in San Antonio and moved it to Mexico."

"Keep Medical Plants open in the United States for better production of products. FDA should assist manufactures in the USA and not just hit them with high fines that destroy companies and put the out of business in the USA."
