"I work for teledyne lecroy since 2016 as software engineer. I enjoy my day to day work since it involve challenging tasks and great degree of satisfaction. The software team is quite small involving just 14 members. This give me more exposure or opportunities to work on many components. I get to work on components outside my comfort zone and it’s a quite challenging."

Most days, by the time I leave work, I know more things than I did that morning, and that is exciting. Our group is very collaborative, and we all keep a track of the issues we face and tell other people who may be facing similar issues. We are always talking to each other and helping one another. There is a huge amount of autonomy that I have in my job. As long as I get my job done, all is well. That is priceless."
