"Managers and supervisors who only care about how they look to upper management. A selfish culture and fear of losing a job for unjust reasons."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Examine your middle managers; most do not know what they are doing. Some lie and cheat, blame others to survive. There are a lot of unhappy, mistreated, disgruntled workers who are scared to say anything. Also rebuild the HR dept; they have been given facts--pictures, documents, emails, witnesses of wrongdoings and will not take any action. People are suffering and they do nothing."
