"Don't torture your employees.Don't expect the employees to polish the boss's shoes to retain the job."

"Working for Teledata gave me an opportunity to design and code, but not much room for in-house growth or training on other technologies."

"Creating and designing new web interfaces and websites. I also loved to code CSS and X-HMTL for new projects."

"No since it has been six years since I worked there I do not know if the working environment has changed since than."

What don't you like about working at Teledata Group?

"There was no room to growth and not many opportunities to learn new things because of budget constrains we did not always update to the latest software so we were sometimes versions behind in software for many years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow the employees to learn new technology if it pertains to that department and allow them some time to absorb and use there new skill sets. This is something that they were not willing to do when I worked there."
