"Overall the company had a nice work environment, but the boss has favoritism. They can sometimes be inconsiderate and selfish to employees, but not all the time. There is no room for growth in this company and they want to over work you and not pay you, or in my case work you less so they can pay you less as an hourly employee. Salary employees get over worked the most."

What don't you like about working at Telecommunications Development Corporation?
"The company would not pay the insurance company on time. As a result, TDC's policy would be canceled. Both a co-worker and I have had to pay full price for prescription medication. Fortunately we were reimbursed. My pay increase took months to take effect from the date it was officially approved. In addition, the CEO and VP avoided the client and had minimal interaction with their own staff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start a new business."
