"In my group, the 3rd level manager was Asian. Over a period of 6 years, he only promoted Asians to 1st levels managers - a total of at least 5 people. I didn't think that more of them were qualified to be managers."

"I think the 3rd level manager should keep a close eye on who their 2nd level managers promote to manager"

"The 2nd level manager of group that I was working in was Asian. During the time that I was there, 5 to 6 of the people promoted to 1st level manager were Asian. I didn't think that most of them were qualified to be manager."

"I think that the 3rd level manager should have done a better job in keeping an eye on the people that his 2nd level manager was promoting to manager."

"It was a one year contractor job. I were not be able to continue because my home base is in Maryland."

"You must have a computer science background and solid telecommunication experiences."
