"Telcare has gone through its ups and downs as it has tried to find its place in the world. The technology is excellent - learning to execute has been a learning process, and has been steadily improving. Since "connected health" is relatively new, and Telcare is a pioneer, it has been quite a ride. The principal downside was that the company was split into two locations - the new CEO is pulling the company forward with new synchrony and vision."
