"don't even waist your time...and they will try to get you to quit your other job..even when they know they will fire you a week later."

What don't you like about working at Telcare Retention Services?

"They harass you all day long for grammar that someone made up that isnt even correct in the English language, they make their company seem bigger than what it is when they only have like 3 employees because either people quit because the owner is a tyrant She makes you take stupid test during the 3day non paid training, to insure that you know that you cannot sue the company when she fires you because you are not willing to work the hours that she wants you to work (hello...independent contractor) the test is to scare you not to apply for unemployment, when they call you into the office or spend 30 minutes at a time scolding you by phone its all unpaid...even if that means driving 20 to 30 miles to get there..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a better personality, you are everything you claim you are not...bossy, egotistic, condescending, and talk to people like they are beneath you...even your in house staff which I wont mention any name hates working for you...that is why she is trying to find an escape route to New Jersey."
