"Management is extremely dysfunctional where personal character destruction is common practice in an environment where nepotism the only way to advance ones career rather than contribution, skills, knowledge and abilities and working hard."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Loose the management by fear and intimidation philosophy and stop the attacks of personal destruction in order to save on yearly merit raises. Get a grip on reality and learn what realistic expectations are, not pie in the sky hype that dictates policy."
