When the demands of the company changed I was trained and my responsibilities were expanded to include recruiting. Tecknomic provided me with all the necessary tools to perform the requirements of my position. Additionally, my performance was rewarded and support for contributing ideas for company improvements were welcomed and sometimes implemented."
