The main boss and a lot of the other big managers are like this - they only care about themselves and their own importance. When the people in charge are all about showing off and believing they're better that everyone, it's a problem. The head boss and many of the top managers are like that - they act like they're the most important and only care about themselves. This is a place where blatantly bad decisions are made. If you want to be happy, this is not for you!"
