"It's average to good technological place and has gaps to improve upon. It forces the people to leave at 5.00 pm and then expects them to work from home. Hence the work culture is not completely transparent as they seem to appear or claim."

"It is a friendly, laid-back atmosphere. A pat on the back or job well done!' is always offered to those who work hard, but unfortunately the pay check doesn't reflect that. (not our Management's fault) They do the bes tthey can with incentive to keep us motivated."
What don't you like about working at TechTarget?
"No room for advancement, no raises, bonus structure has been cut, the department is segregated from corporate- so our voices are not heard."

"Keep pushing for appropriate compensation for the employees."
