"Yes, go some where else. The company is closing it's doors. :("

"Upper management does not keep the flow of information going."

"Keep those communication channels open. Don't clam up. Tell us the truth, good ot bad wee can handle it. No knowing is the worst part."

"The students are what kept me there as long as I was, there was always at least one holding me there and not moving on."

"Don't unless you are a sales person, they are not really interested in anything else, including the students that have already paid."

"The sale people interfered with the students learning and progressing, it was a constant battle fighting for what was best for the students."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When a new student has completed his or her enrollment keep sales out of the students programs and let them proceed successfully. Stop lying to the students, you are only hurting them."

"I like working for techskills. The pay and benefits could be better and I tend to get spread thin having many job roles. Overall I am content here."

"I like that I get to use all of my IT skills and I have many programming projects I can work on"

"It's a good company to work for if you are looking to broaden your experience and learn a ton you will pick up many IT certifications from working here."
What don't you like about working at TechSkills?
"Sometime I get spread too thin. I might be in the middle of my code mojo then something on the network breaks and I get pulled out of my programming role and into a support role"

"The reason I gave management 3 stars is communication. More than once there has been a policy enacted which wasn't communicated to all locations which has resulted in confusion. I think they do a good job at keeping TechSkills alive and profitable."
