"Get everything in writing and negotiate everything you expect to want in advance."

What don't you like about working at TechRadium?

"Worst at internal communications. Programmers come and go for new projects without anyone else knowing what or why. They are very deceptive to their clientele and most employees. They lack integrity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need better management of the company finances. It is inexcusable to bounce payroll checks and late-pay employees. They only bounced 2 of my checks, but others went 3 months without pay!"
