"Be certain that the company is set with their sales processes and management is willing to work with you first."

What don't you like about working at Technomedia ?

"The company never really gained traction. Technomedia bought Hodes iQ from Bernard Hodes Group to complete and entire HR suite offering to prospects. Key sales management (VP of Sales) was hired 1 year after starting with company. Lack of direction, etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep your personnel that have gained the experience and work as a team together. No meetings were ever set with LeadGen Team in 3 months since the VP of Sales started. He was under pressure to perform himself from corporate. Goal given for 1 month. Reach goal or you are gone. Not a great situation."
