"This is a happy company with a warm family atmosphere. The company functions under a traditional European corporate structure, with gentle hours and formal job descriptions and promotion pathways. Collaboration and creativity are not encouraged. Technology used is out of date. The US division is being phased out, along with its products. The company's relationship with its US employees (legacy employees from a prior merger) seems confused at best."

"Technomedia is a dangerous place to work from a career perspective. They chew up and spit out the best in the industry and keep only those who will work 70 hour weeks without overtime without quitting. The goal is always to close the project and never to make something exceptional. Best to learn from others and stay away."
