"TSPi has an exciting charter helping the US government and other companies develop and deliver solutions. They are very committed to the Scaled Agile Framework and are invested in making sure direct reports, business partners, and subcontractors learn what it takes to be successful. The people were great to work with and in my short time there I felt at home. The one negative point in the hole experience the length of time it took to be fully on-boarded. Rather than the expected 6 to 8 weeks, it took nearly 20 weeks. Much of that was out of their hands, as they had to work with overloaded US government agencies. Unfortunately, it impacted the end customer's perception of value and forced them to downsize in a few areas and ended my contract prematurely."
