"I started out at Technology Partners as an Intern in 2019 and carried onto full time in 2020. I believe this to be a highly ethical company, full of intelligent and motivated staff members. However, communication was lacking, there was a touch of favoritism from time to time, and a sense of anxiety in making friends with coworkers. I often felt it was looked down upon for new people to be friendly with other coworkers. Despite a great deal of transparency, there was often inconsistent information given by different people."
