1.9 The management was not just a deterrent, but also uninspiring, causing the employees to feel demotivated and unenthusiastic about their work. The lack of effective leadership and direction resulted in the company's suffering, with a decline in productivity and profits. Furthermore, the management's avarice for personal gain and lack of concern for the well-being of the employees only added to the already toxic work environment. Overall, the management's negative impact on the company was profound and far-reaching.

2 The Stress and Pressure to Perform Meant a Poor-Work-Life Balance - It is the worst job experience of my career and a memory I would like to forget. THE PRESSURE WAS INSANE, NAD THE CONSTANTLY RISING EXPECTATIONS MEANT A TERRIBLE WORK-LIFE. BALANCE. RECRUITERS DIDN'T STICK HERE FOR LONG AND LEFT AS SOON AS THEY COULD. IT WAS RIDICULOUS THAT THE EMPLOYEE TURNOVER WAS SO HIGH!

5 They were always eager to help. I never felt like I was getting the run around with them. They offer a W2 contract, with benefits. I never had any problems getting paid or getting denied for health care. If you are thinking of going through Tech Nav. Then you should. They take care of you and you won't regret it. I know I haven't.
