"Poor management, very micromanaged. Very unreliable for workload, daily work requests with very little to no time to prepare. Unprepared for the workload. Very one-sided management, unless your willing to conform and be a follower and do everything as management is saying to do you will be Blacksheep right out the door. Paychecks have to be checked as they are always missing hours or reimbursement pays, but expect you to use your own money to buy items for job sites without reimbursements. CEO wanted a phone call ever hour or so to check up on work but never wanted to help nor give proper input, no supervisors but leads and were always on the phone. Rarely was a job completed in the correct time frame for the completion of the job."
