"Make sure they e-mail you a test and answer the questions to the best of your ability. If you have average skills with Windows, you should be fine."

"Doesn't provide enough work. They find contracts and get workers to fill them. Sometimes you will be working full-time for a few months and other times you will be sitting at home for a few months."

"Find more contracts and be more transparent about availability and methods of obtaining such contracts."
