"My current role offers little to no interaction with people and the tasks are systems based. I enjoy working with people."

What do you like about working at Rayco Manufacturing?
"The only advantage to working at Rayco was that for my job position, they pretty much allowed me to set my own hours as long as I put in 8 hours a day. This was really helpful when I had something that I had to do."

"Its not really a good place to work. Unless its necessary to work here, I would suggest going somewhere else."
What don't you like about working at Rayco Manufacturing?
"The owner of Rayco Manufacturing does not value his employees. Instead of being commended and encouraged in your job, you are constantly threatened with being let go."

"If you find someone that is good at their job and is willing to work for low pay...do not let them go."

"Immediate supervisors and management were good to work with. Benefits package was great, until an extended emergency occurred."

"During an extended family emergency (spouse was seriously ill), paperwork was routinely lost by HR and eventually resulted in termination."
