"I liked the job of development websites and also the training of new hires to pass on the knowledge."

"There is not much not to like about AAA. I worked there for almost 10 years. I would say only the 10-day work weeks - it got to me after a while."

"GE is a stable and respected company with lots of clout in the business world. You were respected simply because you worked for GE. They have good automated systems for travel and expenses. A defined benefit pension plan."

"The employee experience is to impersonal and relies too much on figure it out for yourself."

"Spend more effort getting to know your direct reports."

"You got to learn new Microsoft Technologies as they came out."

"Full time with them is a bad idea, go in as a contract trainer so you are always in control!"

"They wanted your soul - sometimes 80 hour work weeks or more."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Rotate your trainers, give them breaks if they teach during the day, don't require day and evening training to avoid burnout at a rapid pace."

"I dislike that my area was downsized."
