"Great company, losing many contracts. Ready for a new workplace adventure"
"I've worked for TSI over a year now. I also had dealings with them back in 2016. They employ about 50 people full time. TSI is #1 in the Wood Pellet Industry, not only in America but in 4 other countries as well. They are a growing company and are always looking for full-time employees."
"Ex-military need apply only. Being a smoker is a plus. If you want to stay employed, go to all events, don't turn in your work early, don't go home early (even though everyone else does and you have nothing to do) and always kiss ars. If you're not religious, don't let it show. This company does luncheons with Pat Robertson. Pretty much, if you can stand working really slow and pretend to be everyone's die-hard buddy, you will make a good amount of money. Ask for more than they offer because they will low ball you if you give them the chance."
"TSI is a great place to work. They give you all of the tools that you need to succeed and the opportunity for advancement is based on education and certificates. However, it is a small company and the owner is directly related to hiring and firing. Nobody that has worked desktop support has ever lasted more than six months. I got a $5,000 raise in my fourth month and was laid off on my sixth month. I was told that I wasn't in the office enough. I missed 3 days in six months for doctors appointments."
What do you like about working at Technical Systems Integration?

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Know your stuff. They seem to be easy to impress but not willing to pay you."
What don't you like about working at Technical Systems Integration?
"I don't like all the waiting. I have a lot of down time and I'm suppose to sit and wait for more work. I don't understand why I can't sit and wait for work at home. They have telecommunication but I'm one of the lowest paid so I am not granted this privilege. Most of the employees, including the president, are x-military, I am not and it shows. To make a good amount of money, you need some kind of clearance."
