What do you like about working at Novarad Corp.?

"Working in medical software and the support challenges that came with it. Working with other departments and seeing tough problems resolved. Working with good people in support that really helped my morale."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask if people in your department stay with the company. Ask what kind of projects are coming down the pipe and what technologies are to be used. Ask interviewer if there was any one thing in the company they would like to see changed, what would it be."

What don't you like about working at Novarad Corp.?

"Top management seemed indifferent to Technical Support. Managemeny seemed to pressure employees to choose work life over home life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Realize there are other departments besides development and sales and treat them with respect, resources and don't poach them away for their primary jobs. Work to make improve morale that will then reduce turnover."
