"My co workers. My co workers are great people."
What don't you like about working at Convergys?
"I don not like my days off from work. I do not like being on a flexible work schedule. Management does not treat their employees fairly. There are no opportunites for growth. My current position is just a job and not a career. No opportunites for a raise. I do not like my current pay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management need to keep their employees more informed about changes that are going to affect employees' personal lives."
