"A great place to learn all about the telecommunications industry in the UK, and to become GREAT at overcoming customer objections."
What do you like about working at The Carphone Warehouse?
"I loved talking to customers. You could really get to know them on the phone, and by doing this, I really got good at establishing rapport and using that to close the sale. I loved dealing with a variety of UK cultures and accents, and learning how to sell best to each!"

"You must love to sell; otherwise don't apply."
What don't you like about working at The Carphone Warehouse?
"Working at a call center, your time was very restricted, down to the minute and time frame when you could take a lunch break. What I love about my present employer is the independence I have, and the motivation I get from knowing that the more I sell, the more I earn--it's as simple as taht."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It was a good place to work; I would only suggest loosening up on the time restrictions."
