"Management gave me the freedom to do the work with pressure. I was told was was expected of me up front and given the guidelines and the help when needed."

What don't you like about working at Mitsubishi?

"For the position I was in, there was not much in the way of growth opportunities."

"Management was distant, not wanting to get to know me or others in my area."
