"I enjoyed the sales process and the purpose of the product. Teaching to have a positive mindset, manage your time, and how to conduct business so as to create the success and income to match your goals."

"Must have high energy and a tolerance for calling people on the phone. Must have a thick skin to tolerate metrics and a manager that says one thing and yet does another."
What don't you like about working at The Mike Ferry Organization?
"The immediate management at the time had no experience. Told her father one thing while telling us something different. If the management applied what her father and his wife taught... then the company would excel in all areas. OTherwise, didn't like that they moved to Las Vegas from Irvine, CA. I would still be working for them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"See above. Apply the system in all aspects and be honest with the owner and his wife."

"They may need to have IBM Mainframe experience like I had and to know IBM JCL (job control language)."

"The company had silo mentality in that if you needed to speak to an expert in another department, you needed your manager's permission."

"They need to have flat hierarchies and easy contact with senior management or peers."
