"I have many freedoms because my employer has faith and confidence in my work. Never have I been cutoff from making a decision on any piece of work."

"I developed a great relationship with my team and the corporate users. I tried to do everything in my abilities to support the staff. After new hardware was deployed it was easier to keep trade floor operations running smoothly."
"The pay and benefits were pretty solidly average. I underbid when joining the company, which was my own fault. As far as the job itself, I live to solve problems. Quite literally. There is nothing I enjoy more. I'm less thrilled at being required to answer phone calls, I am much better when I can concentrate on no more than 2 to 3 issues at a time without being interrupted. I'm a perfectly good customer service person, but where I excel is troubleshooting and problem solving."
"This job allowed me to meet people all over the world. I was able to solve some problems."
"I like working with the customers to resolve their issues. Though the management at Dell leaves a lot to be desired."
"The pay at Infosys is decent for the work we do. I started as a technical analyst on $65,000, and am currently waiting for promotion."
"The work given as a summer technical analyst was limited. There wasn't much work given to interns, but I enjoyed working in the professional environment and new cities. Working in different fields helped me establish myself as an individual today."

"It was a great experience seeing how the small company was growing."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"My main tip for others interviewing with that company is be prepared to be asked to do more than what is at-first expected you to do. Also, don't ever be comfortable because it will come back to bite you."
What don't you like about working at TransWorld Network?
"With it growing, it lacked a common goal. It was taking huge gambles at the expense of the employers. Although on paper it was showing to be a fast-growing company, many departments were being over-worked while blurring each departments' responsibilities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestion for the company is to set specific responsibilities for each department. With everyone doing the exact same thing working different departments, the difference in pay between said departments may cause internal clashing."
