"When an employee has a been at a long term contract ask them if they would like to review other opportunities if a permanent position is not being offered. This would allow an employee to choose if they would like to change their career path or maintain the one they are on."

"Working as a contractor at Liberty Mutual is the closest I've come to indentured servitude. The problem is they don't pay their employees squat so the employees are jealous of what contractors make, so Liberty has to make it hard on contractors from an environment standpoint. At this they are outstanding. I have a no Liberty policy. Second time was as bad, if not worse, than the first. Never again."
