"just tell them you want to learn and you dont care about money. They will be happy to work you to death and not pay you"
What don't you like about working at Techcess Group?
"I didnt like working there because they dont care about the employees or the clients. All they want is to make themselves more money. I was working 18 hours a day and when I would try to leave they couldnt believe I wanted to go home. I left because the company is good if you are looking to learn alot but not for a serious proffessional. The pay is about 30% less than market so only take this job if you really need one."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Care about your employees and customers and stop lying to them. They will find out the truth eventually."
