No scope for any growth except slogging extra hours and getting revenue for the company by handling multiple tasks/roles. Very poor middle management to listen to any of the associates working on projects and help build their career. Waited for more than enough time with a hope for things to get better and lost the hope. Wouldn't recommend Tech Mahindra to any friends or fellows."
