What do you like about working at TEC Equipment?

"I really liked the personell. I got along well with everyone. We had a good team environment."

What don't you like about working at TEC Equipment?

"I usually had a hard time convincing my manamager to implement some great ideas that would improve efficiency as well as ideas on increasing sales. I felt that my many years of industry knowledge and experience was not appreciated."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that the manager use his employees ideas to improve on quality and efficiency. He came from our IT department and didn't understand the sales side of parts. I brought a lot to the table that would have been useful. I felt some anxiety becuase I feel he thought I was looking to get his job. There has to be camaraderie between managers and employees for the company to be successful. I dont think he realized all the skills I possesed when he hired me and possibly felt threatened."
