"Small business atmosphere, mostly good / intelligent folk, quiet place, definitely a variety"

"If you can handle all the random changes and communication quirks, you'll be fine. The people there are generally great."

What don't you like about working at NCH Software?

"Management is inconsistent and sometimes wacky. CEO is a great developer, but when it comes to communication and management, he just seems to have a bizarre view of how things should be."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"CEO and Denver manager need to walk down the hall and actually talk to each other."

"The constant rush of a busy schedule. I prefer to keep busy and there was little down time."

"Be prepared, this job is not going to be easy."

What don't you like about working at Target?

"The sometimes lack of communication between different departments. Slowed productivity down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Store level: we are a whole team, not just your specific area. Higher up: we can't control guests. The store isn't always going to be perfect."
