"I've been employed by Teachers on Reserve since 2014. The company is great to work for. I'm also a working actor and have had nothing but support from my co-workers as well as my directors as they have allowed me to balance both careers over the years. The hours are flexible, the people very respectful and overall most days are very easy going. The work itself can be hectic as we are constantly working with various schools and teachers from The Bay Area, to LA, to San Diego. You have to multitask, remember numerous details, and be open to change as every day brings about a new obstacle that we have to brainstorm solutions and protocol for. Once you get the hang of the pace, it's a very rewarding job."
