"Being a pure educational and non profit environment .Learning different new Knowledge. Communicating with students and professors."

"Yes , I would like to tell them If your major is Computer Science, Computer Science Department of Oakland University is the best place to work as Graduate Assistant ,learn more and more."
What don't you like about working at Oakland University?
"It's not a permanent job and my salary is very low."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide facilities for students and teachers to have more informal meetings out of class."
What do you like about working at Clara Barton High School?
"I like to help my students to get succeed for a bright tomorrow."
What don't you like about working at Clara Barton High School?
"I've been doing the same thing over and over. I just do not like it because I want to challenge myself all the time. As result of that, I like the other part of my self better which is my technological part."

"Communicating with the co-workers during the breaks in between the teaching sessions."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They should like the other teachers there, and the campass is set up nicely. I suppose my tip would be, Just be yourself and enjoy the Center and the people there."
What don't you like about working at Waco Center for Youth?
"Very rarely we would have a angry student that was hard to teach."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I wish , as a volunteer to work less that 35 hours a week."

"The staff and students are amazing to work for/with. They become your second family."

"Friendliness is the key. You must have a kind soul and be patient with children."
What don't you like about working at Sunman Dearborn Community Schools?
"Every year they talk about layoffs and money shortages. Very high stress environment for this reason. Assistants only make $12,000 per year without any future raises. You must have a college degree."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to be more in touch with what goes on in the classroom. They like to make new rules and ciriculum changes when they don't realize how it will impact all the staff."
